Client Portal + Questionnaire
If accepted, you’ll receive access to a private client portal with a detailed questionnaire to help me understand your vision and goals.
Confirm The Plan
Once your questionnaire is completed, I’ll reach out to confirm location, timeline, and overall direction for the session.
Secure Your Date
Your contract, invoice, payment options, and style guides will be added to your client portal. A 20% retainer is required to officially reserve your session date.

Where do sessions take place?

What should we wear?
You will receive a simple styling guide. In general, choose coordinated neutrals and textures, avoid large logos, and prioritize comfort and movement.
How long is a session?
Most family sessions are planned for 45–90 minutes, depending on group size, location, and the pace that keeps children comfortable.
Do you photograph extended families?
Yes. Multi-generational sessions are welcome, and I will build a shot list that balances group portraits with smaller combinations and candid interaction.
When will we receive our images?
Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks. Rush delivery may be available depending on the season.
Can we order prints and wall art?
Yes. I provide professional print recommendations and can help you select sizes and finishes that suit your space.
