This one is the torii gate at Fushimi Inari: its crossbeams and red-lacquered posts reduced to a minimalist mark, framed in a circular badge and embroidered in gold thread rather than printed. It’s a more permanent way of carrying a place with you — stitched, not screened.

Made on the Classic Unisex Pullover Hoodie, Gildan® 18500. A heavy blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester, with air-jet yarn for a softer feel and less pilling. Double-lined hood with matching drawstring, front pouch pocket, and rib-knit cuffs and waistband with spandex for a fit that holds its shape.
