Description
Bavaria’s Alpine foothills are home to some of the most dramatic castle landscapes in Europe, with Neuschwanstein sitting above them all. Built by King Ludwig II in the 19th century as a personal retreat and tribute to the operatic myths of Richard Wagner, it was never meant to be seen by the public.
This image was made during the Postcards Vol. 1 collection as part of a journey through Central Europe.
This open edition print brings that image into any interior. Printed on 250 gsm museum-quality matte paper with a natural off-white finish, then set in a premium wooden frame of responsibly sourced oak or ash — each one unique in its grain and character. Shatterproof plexiglass protects the print without reflection.
Available in four sizes (8×12 through 24×36 inches) with a choice of white, wood, or black frame finish. Arrives ready to hang, hanging hardware included.
For the traveler who hiked to the overlook through the fog and had the view to themselves.
