Return Policy

Effective Date: 2026-08-19

Every print, poster, postcard and apparel item is made to order, and limited edition prints are released in fixed quantities. For that reason, all sales are considered final.

That said, your confidence in the work matters — so anything that arrives damaged, defective or misprinted is covered, for 30 days, at no cost to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, please contact sales@prestonferguson.art within 30 days of delivery.

This covers everything in the shop — prints, framed prints, posters, postcards, and apparel including t-shirts, tanks, hoodies, beanies and caps.

Include:

Once reviewed, a replacement will be arranged at no cost to you if the issue occurred during production or shipping. Where a replacement isn’t possible, a refund will be issued instead. No physical return is required — please don’t ship anything back unless you’re asked to.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

After production has started, cancellations are not possible due to the limited and made-to-order nature of the work.

Returns for Change of Mind

Because limited edition prints are produced in fixed quantities, and because every poster, postcard and apparel item is printed or embroidered individually for your order, returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection cannot be accepted.

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and details carefully before purchasing. For apparel, please check the size guide on the product page before ordering — sizing runs differently across styles. If you have questions prior to ordering, I’m happy to help.

Color & Appearance

Please note that slight color variations may occur between screen displays and the finished piece, whether printed on paper or on fabric. Every effort is made to ensure accurate representation through print testing and calibration. On apparel, garment dye lots and embroidery thread can also vary slightly between production runs.

These minor variations are not considered defects.

Shipping Issues

Preston Ferguson Photography is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen transit issues. However, if there is a problem, please reach out so it can be addressed appropriately.
