“Preston took photos for us in Queenstown, New Zealand. The images are absolutely stunning! They capture the mood and personality of the property so beautifully… It can be tricky finding a photographer who really ‘gets’ the holiday home.”

Hospitality photography FAQs
Common questions about preparation, timing, and deliverables.
How should I prepare the space?
A clean, decluttered space photographs best. I will send a short checklist covering linens, surfaces, lighting, and small styling adjustments.
How long does a session take?
Most short-term rentals photograph in 60–120 minutes depending on size, number of rooms, and exterior coverage.
Do you photograph exteriors and amenities?
Yes—exterior approach, outdoor areas, views, and key amenities can be included to create a complete story for guests.
When will I receive the images?
Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days. Rush delivery may be available depending on schedule.
What usage rights are included?
You receive a license for listing platforms and marketing for the photographed property or business. Additional licensing is available for broader commercial use.
Can you match an existing brand style?
Yes. If you share references, I can align color, contrast, and framing to maintain consistency across your portfolio.
